Analytics and cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics. If you decline, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, which sets the cookies _ga and_ga_<id> to tell visits apart. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off: the data is not linked to your Google account or used for advertising. Google may process this data outside India.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; declining removes the analytics cookies. The website sets no other cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

Consent and withdrawal

We process these details on the basis of your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us; we will then delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of the data we hold about you, its correction or erasure, and nominate another person to act for you. We respond within the period the DPDP Rules allow. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Sharing and location

We do not sell your data. A copy of your trial or demo request is e-mailed to our team's mailbox (Gmail, provided by Google) so we can respond. Google processes analytics data for us if you accept analytics. [List other processors, for example hosting and e-mail providers, and where they process data.]
